With our Customer we have designed & built a 4000 sq ft home which is nestled on over 4 acres of land 800’ off the street. The customer provided concept drawings & was very involved with all design & details for their new home. We have designed the home to have a very open floor plan; the great room is open to the second floor with a beautiful 2 story stone fire place, 28’ of balcony railing & an open stair case and 9’ ceilings. The great room is open in to the kitchen that features cherry cabinets, over sized island and granite counters. Off the kitchen & dining area is a well crafted Brady Built room overlooking the private back yard. The 5” Australian Cypress flooring is threw out the entire first floor & continues into the master suite which features a master bath with an over sized Jacuzzi style tub, over sized shower & a cherry double vanity. The second floor has a second bedroom & private full bath, the loft area is open overlooking the great room, great place for a pool table & some fun. Over the garage is an accessory apartment with 2 bedrooms & full kitchen & bath.
