Dinsdale • Whole House Renovation

Our customer was looking to add an in-law addition on to a modest colonial without making it look like an addition. They also wanted to add some additional space for the main home for a family room and an in home office. Working together with the home owner & her parents we came up with a design that would suit everyone. The new in-law home addition included 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room , den and the in home office and family room making the new addition an added 1800 sq feet of new living space. A new foundation for the addition was needed and the whole house needed an outside facelift to bring everything together we re-sided , re- roofed and onto the front of the home a 192 sq foot farmers porch was added , creating some new landscaping and lighted driveway was the fining touch to make this project complete.

I cannot thank you enough for getting this thing rolling on time. My father and mother, as well as Michael and I, are too excited for words. My parents are like little kids picking out lights and cabinets and flooring. There is a sparkle in them that I have not seen for a long time. Patrick explained everything about construction as it was being done. He is great to work with, and fair in his price. I would have no problem hiring him again. He started out as our builder, now he is a friend.
