Our customer was looking to upgrade an existing screen room to a 4 season sun room. We had some challenges, the second floor of the house was sagging due to the fact it had no support holding up the corner. The existing in ground pool was just feet away & the relocation of pool equipment was required. We needed to pour a foundation while holding up the second floor to support the new addition and a portion of the second floor. Once we had the foundation in, we started framing & jacking the second floor up into place. Their new sun room features beautiful windows, radiant heat under a new tiled floor, that now over look their new patio and landscaped pool area, which created new living space inside & outside.
