This 1930’s ranch location is fabulous with nearly 300’ of shore line on beautiful Lake Lashaway, but the new owner wanted to make this their dream home. We started with a design that would open up the first floor & re-located the kitchen to give them more living space & views to the water. We added bay windows & a sliding glass door in the living room, up dated the fire place with a gas insert & a with stone to really feature the fire place. Next we added a ½ bath off a new mudroom (where the kitchen used to be), and up dated the laundry room. Next we went up on front side is the master suite overlooking the water with a large custom walk in tiled shower, double vanity. Across the hall is a walk in closet with custom shelving to maximize the space. Then we move to the back of the house crossing over a balcony that features hardwood floors & a view threw a beautiful feature window overlooking the kitchen & dinette area. Down a few steps we added 2 more bedrooms & a fill bath. Outside we replaced an existing deck with all maintenance free decking and railing system, around the front a new patio where the hot tub will sit. The existing stone chimney needed to be raised, which sits next to the lighted cupola.
