Lind • Basement Renovation

This basement renovation posed a set of unique and interesting design challenges. The customer wanted a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in-law apartment. We added forced hot water baseboard heat, as well as microwave, stove and refrigerator. New custom cabinets were added in a natural oak with laminate countertops. On the floors, we put carpet in the master bedroom and living room, tile in the bathroom and laminate flooring in the kitchen. To polish the apartment feel, we added acoustic tile to the ceilings throughout. What an amazing difference!
