We turned this Contemporary Split Level Cape into a Contemporary SHOW PLACE expanding it by 2500sqft. Which included 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 laundry room, doubling the master bedroom size. On the first floor adding a beautiful 20x22 family room, study, and a formal dinning room. Also a 3rd car garage and lets not forget the theatre room in the finished basement.
