We transformed this waterfront cottage into an elegant contemporary home. Adding an additional 2,500sq feet of new living space on to the existing cottage and garage. The new first floor now showcases a gorgeous great room with hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom is also on the first floor along with laundry and mudroom entry. Upstairs there are now 3 large bedrooms, a full bath and a grand staircase balcony that overlooks the great room.
