This Home was built in the 70’s and had a traditional dining room and a separate eat in kitchen. Our customer found themselves using the dining room more as a storage space than a dining space … So we opened up the walls that separated the two rooms and added an island with seating all new appliances and an eat in dinning area. Beautiful granite counters and tiled back splash and a wood grain tile floor make this area a lovely way to entertain and just relax with a cup of coffee at the island bar.
